By-Product Synergies

The fundamental principal of By-Product Synergy (BPS) is the logistical process of exchanging one industry’s by-products, which would otherwise be managed as a waste, and converting these by-products into resources of renewed value in an alternative industrial process. The basic concept of BPS is straightforward and one which has enormous potential for reducing waste volumes and toxic emissions to air and water, as well as cutting operating costs.
